C’mon Joe, get serious!

President-elect Joe Biden on Thursday said he plans to “ask the nation to wear masks for his first 100 days in office”. Speaking with CNN, Mr. Biden also said he’ll issue a standing order mandating masks in certain places.

“Just 100 days to mask. Not forever — 100 days,” Mr. Biden said. “I think we’ll see a significant reduction if that occurs with vaccinations and masking, to drive down the numbers considerably.”

We only need to look at these maps illustrating the spread of COVID within the U.S. during the last 6 months to see how much disregard Americans have toward one another. Americans can’t be “asked” to do anything. We must be “made” to do it! We aren’t the “Greatest Generation” anymore.
