The “WV” Excuse

I graduated from West Virginia University (WVU), married a lady from WV, our daughter was born in WV and I worked in Charleston for two years, so I know a bit about WV officials always blaming out-of-state culprits for WV’s problems. Of course the classic one is “coal barons” coming into WV, robing the state of it’s natural resources and leaving it’s environment ravaged.
