We are not the evil that is donald trump!

When I was a young boy I saw a movie entitled “The FBI Story” starring James Stewart. For me at least, there was an unforgettable scene in which FBI agents investigated the infamous hate group, the Ku Klux Klan (KKK), and of course there were scenes of crosses burning on hillsides in front of heinous hooded beasts.

The scene upset me so much I ran home from the theater, after my weekly Saturday afternoon confession , and asked my mother if indeed such evil people existed.

I now have a much more mature understanding of the existence of evil in our world but have, perhaps childishly, thought it was some what under control.

It’s not!
