Windsor VA where these racist cops are employed is a hick town of 2,500 citizens. Why they even need their own police officers is beyond belief. Most small rural towns like Windsor more often than not just rely on State police than employing their own more often than not because they simply lack the resources to train them to behave with the authority they are granted. Hot only should poorly trained hicks like these never be allowed to interfere with any citizens but they should absolutely never be allowed to carry deadly weapons. Notice these pigs are armed like they are patrolling the mean streets of New York. Hopefully the millions of dollars Windsor will be required to pay in damages will bankrupt it and wipe it from the map of Virginia.
